Scope

We provide design, build, hosting and ongoing care plans for small business websites. Each plan sets clear limits for pages and monthly update time.

Plans & billing

• Setup fee – one-time payment covering initial design/build and launch tasks.
• Monthly fee – hosting, security updates, backups, monitoring and small content changes within your plan’s allowance.
• Minimum term – 3 months, then rolling monthly.
• Payment – monthly in advance via invoice or agreed method.

Small changes

“Small changes” include text/image swaps, adding a section, posting a blog post you provide, or minor layout tweaks—within your plan’s time allowance. Unused time doesn’t roll over.

Out of scope / extras

New features, redesigns, complex integrations, paid third-party services and large content projects are quoted separately.

Content & approvals

You’re responsible for supplying accurate, lawful content. We’ll request approval at key milestones; timely feedback keeps timelines on track.

Domains & ownership

You own your domain and your content. We manage hosting and configurations while subscribed. If you cancel, we can provide a site export or migration assistance at standard rates.

Cancellation

After the minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Monthly service runs until the end of the paid period.

Uptime & liability

We take reasonable steps to keep your site online and secure. We cannot be liable for outages beyond our control (provider downtime, force majeure, third-party failures).
